Poor room for the cost

I take my dogs everywhere. I wanted to find a place close to Second City. I have stayed in Motel 6s nicer than this place. The staff were rude and were occupied with their phones. The room is small but that was not the issue. The bed was worse than low-end hotels/motels lumpy and uncomfortable. They charge a $15 fee on top of the $70 fees in the booking for in-room coffee (tea and decaf were the only choices) and for 2 bottles of water. I was told there was room service available at the sushi restaurant. That was a lie. Yet, the front desk ladies were more concerned with their Instagram than working. Save your $$
