Good location

We chose this because of location but we’re a bit disappointed. The first room had a very, very bad smell
And I think a homeless person had been hanging around -there was a cooking pan just outside our door. The front desk person gave us another room which was better. Quite a few updates are needed (painting on steps, etc). I liked the concept of the layout but it was tired and run down. Also a lot of people yelling & fighting outside on the decks.
