Awful Service

We evacuated from Hurricane Laura. I forgot my pillow and my Kindle when we left, since we had 3 dogs and a kid to corral and then When I called back that afternoon, the front desk woman was less than helpful and said they had not listed anything in the lost and found log. They also did not even attempt to help us when we told them we had two very senior Danes and asked for first floor rooms. The rooms were incredibly dirty as well. We will never stay at a Motel 8 again.
