HOT room and Cigarette Smoke

The hotel itself was not horrible, the room seemed clean and they seemed to follow rules for Covid. The problem was the room was HOT and the air conditioner would not allow you to turn the air below 75. Also the person in the room next to us was a chain smoker and cigarette smoke filled our room all night until he finally went to sleep.
