Cockroaches, flaming microwave, sticky surfaces

We stayed at this hotel in Eagan Minnesota the night of October 2; we were moving, and needed a place for a fee nights until we could move into our new house. However, we left by ‪10 P‬M the first evening.

First, I will say that the employees were very helpful and polite. However, the condition of the room was absolutely horrible. There were cockroaches. The bathroom around the sink was sticky with something. The microwave would catch fire internally each time we try to use it. The smoke detector beeped every minute.

The freezer worked but the refrigerator did not. There was not a single dish or eating utensil at all.

In short, it was not at all what we expected, nor what your advertisements promise.

Probably the last straw which was the cockroaches. Coupled with the stale smell of the room, we decided we had to leave.
