Not Dog Friendly AT all

Either we were lied to or this location is not dog friendly at all. We’re told to crate our 7 y/o golden who has never been in a crate in her life. Then was told nothing would work because she needs to be in a crate even while we’re in the room. How is that dog friendly? Just say you don’t want large dogs, dogs, or whatever it is you’re afraid of. Went to the Westin instead. It cost 3x as much but the service was unbeatable.
