A long-time favorite
ParkGroundsI used to love coming here in college (before I had a dog) to read or study inside. I loved the chill vibes. Now I visit with my pups! Wasn't too busy when we were there. The yard is shaded by a large, beautiful tree. The only downside is that owners may be working/reading and not paying attention when their dog poos. I saw that happen a few times. So be mindful when walking around.
Our favorite spot!
Gracious PlentyOur family loves Gracious Plenty! We live within walking distance and this is a go-to for us. It's our favorite place on Canton St. to get breakfast or lunch with our pups. Dogs are welcome in their outdoor seating area and they also have water bowls for the pups if you'd like one. The staff is so nice and the food is just killer. You can't go wrong with anything their menu!
(check their hours before you go since they are limited)
Our Saturday Spot
Roswell Farmers & Artisans MarketThis market has been a great opportunity to expose our pups to lots of people, dogs, sounds, and smells. Always plenty of other dogs there.
Great spot
Leita Thompson Memorial ParkThis park has some great shaded walking trails we love to take our pups on. There's also a large field and a dog park on the property. The dog park has large and small dog areas.
