Zero would be more appropriate

The Westin Tampa Bay

We booked thorough BringFido, because it is easier when traveling with 2 dogs. We were told we would have a room on the lower floor, with dog beds, treats and dog bowls. We were on the 10th floor, no beds, treats or bowls. For us humans we paid $610.86. There was no service (i.e. they did not make the bed or change the towels). The dog fee was charged in addition to the room after we stayed, $150-two nights. Two dogs, quiet and small.

I informed them that I was with the Marriot Bonvoy for points. They noted it. I checked later-it was never added. Regarding the rooms-the soap holder in the shower was rusted and falling off. It was not super clean, but ok. The outside seating was dated and quite dirty. The waiter, Jeffrey, was very pleasant.

The evening desk clerk was the extremely rude. She is in the hospitality business and lacks any knowledge of customer service. When asked about bottled water she pointed in the direction of the "gift shop." The only thing available in the "gift shop" was water. Every time I asked about the room the response was "you booked through a 3rd party, we can't help you." Thank goodness for BringFido who assisted us. We will not be staying at any Westin Hotel in the future. I would definitely not recommend the Westin on Courtney Campbell Causeway.
