Borderline section 8

If I could leave zero bones I would in a heartbeat. Called up a week in advance and spoke to Brent about reserving a specific room (non smoking first floor) nothing crazy. I showed up alittle early and was advised my room would not be ready until check in time which I was totally fine with I understand it takes time to get a building turned over from the night before. Come time to check in I return to the hotel and I am advised the room still isn't ready and that since the guests checked out at 11 it would still be another 30 minutes to get the room cleaned. The parking lot of this hotel is completely empty with the exception of a few cars that look like they haven't moved since the flood. I'm pretty sure some residents here are permanent and this hotel caters to "program" individuals. The stench of citrus cleaning product upon entering the lobby is completely mind numbing. My advice is to book somewhere else. The price may be affordable but your sanity doesn't have a price.
