Fun and Quirky
Expedition LodgeThis is a very cute and funky motel right in the heart of Moab. The rooms are spacious and clean and my kids loved the pool! The staff was friendly and helpful and everything is within walking distance. Yes, there’s no place on the grounds to take your dog, but there are plenty of places to walk in town with your dog and it’s not far from the information center, which has a nice grassy area. There is also a great dog park in Moab that is about 10 blocks south of the motel.

Best place in Moab
Moab Flats #2This is by far our most favorite place to stay in Moab. It books up quickly, but if you can get in it is worth the few extra dollars to stay here. The price is pretty reasonable compared to most of the nicer hotels in Moab. The units are clean, modern and comfortable, and the kitchens are fully stocked. There is a hot tub, fire pit and bike storage room in the back. There are walking paths and trails just a block away and Main Street is also a block away in the other direction. It is also within easy walking distance to Moab’s awesome dog park.
