Excellent Hotel, Great Location
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dodge City an IHG HotelThis is a newer property and is very nice. Room was very clean with comfortable bed. Breakfast provided in the morning. Nice grassy area for potty breaks. Please pick up after your pet.

Spacious Accommodations
Hotel Don Fernando de Taos Tapestry Collection by HiltonOur room was large with nice bed and bathroom. Clean & well maintained. Fridge, microwave & table/chairs for eating in. There is a nice path to walk and a very nice potty area including poop bags!
This property has an indoor pool, bar, restaurant but we did not use them - look nice! Easy drive to Plaza area. Grocery, Wal-Mart nearby too. Price is a bit high but we stayed one night traveling through. I would recommend & stay again.

Great Place To Stop
Quality Inn & Suites Near White Sands National ParkThis is a true motel - doors outside, car in front of room. Two stories but we asked for 1st floor room which was great. Nice beds, refrigerator, microwave.
Positives - lots of choices for food, close to White Sands National Park
Negatives - no real place for potty for the dog. Small patch of dirt. Not really a walkable location for dogs.
Overall good place for an overnight as we travel through.

Excellent Stay
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Liberal an IHG HotelThanksgiving weekend travel w/our small dog. Not a regular thing for us especially considering a pandemic.
This hotel is awesome and allows dogs for a $25 fee.
The hotel appears new. Very convenient to Hwy 54. Beds were supremely comfortable and the room was clean. Nice TV and WiFi.
Limited breakfast right now b/c of Covid but I’m sure once this is past the hotel will be offering it again.
There is a very nice looking pool but we didn’t use (not sure it’s open right now).
This hotel was excellent!
