Not big dog friendly

We got there to check in with my 80lb dog that has been yo countless hotels and red roof inns only to be told that they only take dogs that are under 40lbs. There are NO signs there and that is not the standard red roof inn policy.

Then he said they would let us stay IF we paid a $50 deposit.
We left and found another hotel.
I think he figured since it was New Years night he could get away with it.
