Great hotel location but lacking

I was wondering if they give dog owners the worst rooms. The room location was also good but the refrigerator didn't work properly, there was no place to hang clothes, the curtains were torn, the heater was noisy and beware of the free unsecured wifi, my phone was hacked and received unwanted adult programing. However, the front desk clerk was nice.
