Overpriced for what it was

Room was clean, bed was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was very small and needed updating. Property was on the water and it was very dog friendly. Went online post booking to see that I paid $40 more for my room than some booking on other sites. Free parking but $300 per night (with taxes and fees) felt exorbitant for what we received.
