Five for Staff
Palacio Royale Inn Signature KatyI am rating this a five because the staff were phenomonal!! Could not have been nicer, friendlier or more pleasant! The hotel was clean - lobby, room, halls - all of it! I would have to give it a one for sleeping. The air conditioner was like a chain saw running in our room every time it kicked on. Which means, I woke up every single time until I finally ended up with a headache. It was horrible! Had it no been for the great staff, I would have complained loudly! But in the middle of the night, there would have been nothing they could do and it isn't their fault. So no sleep, left with headache, met lovely people, and this is my review. BTW, Fido slept peacefully.

Baymont by Wyndham Fort StocktonThe smell in the room was horrendous. Musty, urine smell was strong. My husband wanted to leave as he could not sleep.
