Staff uninformed / overcharged for pet stay.

They advertise as pet friendly. We checked in and the night clerk said nothing about our dog. The morning clerk said we should have paid a $25.00 registration fee for our dog which the night clerk never told us about. They then charged our VISA $200.00 because our dog was not registered.
