Captain Cook InnWe booked a room last minute based on the good reviews and I'm so happy we did! This is not your typical roadside motel- we've stayed all up and down the OR coast throughout our years in Portland and this is one of the coziest and comfortable places we've stayed, at an unbeatable price. It felt like staying in a beloved family member's guest bedroom. The attention to comfortable details is remarkable, with better beds than some of the 4* hotels we've stayed at. I love the old-fashioned architecture and furniture- it's classic, NOT dated. They have comfortable armchairs, a beautiful garden and the friendliest staff. The rooms are beyond clean and the location is safe and quiet at night, despite its proximity to the highway. You won't beat their pet fees at any accommodation in town- they're unique in not trying to fleece pet owners for an extra $50 a night. We will definitely be back any time we stay in Lincoln City.
