Needs Proper Maintenance

We arrived, room wasn’t made up or cleaned. They moved us to another room.
After unpacking we realized phone wasn’t working, tv remote wasn’t working and the heater wasn’t working. They wanted to move us again and we declined the move.
They didn’t have food, room service or snacks. It was quite the disorganized mess.
