Horrible stay & experience.

I stayed here a few months ago & this was by far the WORST hotel ever. Not even 10 mins in to getting the room they ended up assigning my room to someone who checked in after me. All tho it wasnt the guests fault It was CRAZY to see the door open with two strangers staring in & potentially letting my dog escape (thank God she was eating a bone in the moment). The next 2 days that I was there they programmed my key card incorrectly & my pup & I was locked out each day due to their laziness. By the 4th day someone finally got it right but it was ABSURD that I was locked out of my own room each day all because they didn’t list my check out day properly. The room was cramped & smelled. It had dead flies on the carpet towards the edge of the bed.

They also had a poop station but they had no poop bags and I dont think they took the trash out much.

All in all this was a horrible place to stay especially for it being my bday weekend. Oh, & of course management was horrible!!! I never heard back from them after requesting to speak with them twice !!! I’d stay away if I were you.
