Very nice people

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They offered to switch us from a third floor room to a first floor room when I mentioned my dog and I both have arthritis. Only negative is that there was no air conditioning around the elevator and it was very slow. In mid-June it got toasty waiting for the elevator.
