Good location to food BUT:

Very grungy room. Lamp shades were gross. One lamp had a bulb broken off in the base so obviously didn’t work. One plug-in didn’t work. Paint was chipped off the walls. An old mattress was thrown out back where I walked my dog. I wouldn’t stay there again for free.
