Horrible customer service.

They put us up im a dirty $120.00 a night suite that had a bathtub with the floor falling through and stains/smells that were putrid. Over 8 hours after check out they start charging my card for 150.00 for the thing I walked into. They have pics but they are not time/date stamped and my dog went oitside numerous times as was even on camera. Needless to say they are not refunding causing me to have to go through the bank. Just overall bad and waste of time.
