Wouldn’t recommend

We booked this hotel as our first stop in a cross country military move, and arrived at 12:40 am after a 10 hour day of driving, and were turned away due their system being down and the man working the front desk who refused to give me his name was very rude about our situation wishing us the best of luck getting a hotel somewhere else that late at night, and we have yet to receive a refund for our stay we never even used. Find somewhere else to stay; you’ll be a lot happier.
