Poor management discretion

Stopped by on a cold blustery day. They have a nice outdoor wraparound patio with fans and heaters, and clear vinyl to block the wind. No one was on the patio when I got there. But we were told we would have to sit by the street in an open area, in freezing wind. I asked them to exercise some judgment and let us sit on the patio (which is still completely outside) but sheltered from the wind. They said no, in spite of me having my 2 year old granddaughter with me. Very poor discretion on the managements part. I wouldn’t come back if they offered me free food.
