Pet was greeted by welcoming staff

Room was very clean. All rooms enter from inside the hotel, so walks meant taking an elevator. Our dog stepped onto the grassy area out from, immediately began screaming, paws were full of cockle burrs, to the point of bleeding pads. Use the grass on the left side of hotel. And yes, I would stay again. Clean, comfortable and welcoming.
