Great Customer Service
The Jefferson HotelBesides from being a cool historic hotel with beautiful guest rooms, I was most impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff were. We were traveling with a senior dog and their helpfulness made our stay more enjoyable for sure.

Exceeded expectations
Holiday Inn Express Fredericksburg Southpoint an IHG HotelIn other hotels the dog friendly room usually has issues...smell, missing TV remote, bathroom fan not working but not here. We were happy with the room and the location was close to restaurants. Price was right too.
