Great customer service but loud and uncomfortable

Pros: Customer service was very good. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and there to help. Of course they accommodated pets which is a huge plus for those traveling with their pooches. The Hotel was clean. Cons: The pillows on the bed were horrendous, it was like sleeping on a brick. The fan in the AC was pretty loud and it was surprisingly difficult to get the temperature right in the room. They only had 1 bar of soap and no shampoo in the room. I'm sure they had some extra stuff up front but they didn't provide it.

It was raining and cold on our stay. We didn't want to but were going to leave the dogs alone in the room. But, they were scared by how much noise they could hear from the room above us and the room next door. We basically were woken up every 20 minutes because it sounded like the people upstairs were moving furniture around. If you have really really calm pets and don't care that the pillows in your room may be terrible, the room was very affordable. But for us we just threw in the towel after our first night and cut the trip 2 days short.
