Lack of compassion
Motel 6 Lindale TXThe rooms were "ok" for the money. But there were stains on some of the pillow cases and some of the towels had seen better days. In the bathroom - apparently the curtain rod had come off the wall. They re-hung but never bothered to patch the holes. I had to stay here because of my 2 dogs & my husband was having surgery at UT Tyler hospital. My mother-in-law had a room there too for the same two nights as us but when I tried to contact the hotel via phone to cancel her 2nd night since she was allowed to stay at the hospital- their phone just kept hanging up on me so no one ever answered. Once my husband was safely out of surgery I drove there to talk to them. They were going to charge me for the night even though it was only 1 hr past check out no matter my circumstance. Then he finally was going to give me HALF but said I had to go thru my 3rd party (BringFido) about getting refund. Now they won't answer them. I will never stay here again at this location. Other Motel 6's have been WAY better than this place. Hopefully BringFido can work something out with them as I think BringFido has great customer service!

Days Inn by Wyndham Waco University AreaI like that Motel 6 uses laminate flooring instead of carpet since it is pet friendly BUT when you go into the bathroom to find a roach crawling around in the sink. Yuck! Sheets very clean but bed not very comfortable.

Food & Servers were great
Cock & BullThey brought my dog a bowl of water before she brought our drinks. My dog got pet by the server and a few others who worked the outdoor dining area. Food was amazing! Service was on point. Would recommend & We will be returning when in the area.

Nice rooms
Motel 6 Ashland OHWe took a king bed room. The rooms were much nicer than I expected. Nothing special for pets but my 62lbs puppy was allowed. Not a lot of places allow big dogs. I will definitely stay here again, if ever in the area. Slept great, beds very comfortable. Clean rooms, nicely colored. Had a frig & microwave (nice surprise since my dog's food needs refrigerated).
