Poor Hospitality for dogs!

we waited I've ran hour after being told 15 min. (as the others had paid and were done eating) and an hour later the area where dogs are allowed was still the same people drinking and loitering like it was the bar area (which was empty). They would not allow us to eat up there and would not ask others paid for over an hour to enjoy the beautiful view from the outdoor bar just above them. HORRIBLE PLACE TO CALL PET FRIENDLY!
