Poor facility for pets

The front desk did not even know they were a FIDO hotel!!! No pet area to walk the dog or potty. No special treatment for our pet. No pet services at all. Hotel was old and did not even have a fridge, coffee maker or microwave in the room! Bed was comfy and room was large. Had a deck to sit on, but very narrow. I would not recommend this hotel for people or for pet travelers. Very disappointed. Poor value for the money.
