Stay away

They accept larg dogs, our room had hard wood floors, our dog is weird and refuses to walk on shiny floors, this created a health hazard for my dog, not only did my dog refuse to walk on the the floor and basically had to be drug around the room, but his anxiety was through the roof, the front desk person was very rude to my wife, the room was nasty, and nothing worked (no t.v. no bathtub stopper, no internet, the phone didn't even work) when the front desk person was informed about these issues along with the mold growing all around the tub surround his response was "what do you want me to do about it, im not a maintenance man" I DO NOT recommend using this hotel, there are plenty of others in the Chicago area.
