Very loud, food ok, but service was good

When I called they said that pets were allowed on the patio, however when we got there they said that dogs were only allowed on the sidewalk right next to the street. It was really loud with all the cars passing, pedestrians walking through the tables, and the train station across the street, because of all this, it was super easy for my pup to get distracted and not relax like she normally does at restaurants. The service was very good and they even brought my dog a to go cup of water without me asking. I ordered the “Meat Lover’s Burrito” which was ok, a “Pomegranate Mamosa” and scrambled eggs for Dolly. However the eggs had to be to go as they don’t allow dogs to eat here.
