Very Dissatisfied
Hampton Inn Harrisonburg UniversityI arrived at hotel at 11:30 pm and bed arrangement (2 beds) had been changed at 6:00pm with no notification so I was not able to make alternate arrangements. The day desk person made a manual room change and did not have the courtesy to call and notify me. Poor way to do business! I had to sleep on a sofa bed at 65 yrs old! It was the crappiest bed in the world. Also, room had no darkening shades so the Marriott sign next shined into the room all night long. Also. the sliding bathroom door does not stay closed so there is no privacy in the bathroom. Bad experience all around!

Great Hotel
Homewood Suites by Hilton SlidellVery clean and spacious room. Room and reservation went as expected. Good experience and I would stay there again.
