Disappointing hotel condition
Drury Inn & Suites Atlanta MariettaFront desk was nice. Room was lower level (next to meeting rooms) and had the original carpet. Room took all night to cool down (as I don't believe the lowest level is used most of the time), and the bathroom was handicap accessible (not requested) and consisted on a full room of shower and floor tile that was original to the building (circa 1980s). Also don't like that you're charged $40 and not allow to have the pet out of the room unless outside. Not very pet friendly and no value for the price paid.
Terrible Service!
Tru By Hilton LawrenceWe reserved this hotel over three weeks prior to our stay. Upon arrival (after a very long driving day) we were told at the desk that we no longer had a reservation, that the reservation system overbooked and therefore the hotel took a first come, first serve approach (as we didn't arrive until 8:30PM). The gentleman at the front desk was eventually helpful in finding us another Hilton hotel a few miles away, but the damage had been done.
