Great Stay
Gazebo InnThis place was beautiful.Staff was great. Our room was facing the trees so we had the perfect place to walk our little dog.

Frustrated
Hotel O Eureka Springs Christ of Ozark AreaWhen I booked this hotel room it showed the rate was $49. It also said there was a $20 pet fee. When I went to pay I was charged $69 per night. I assumed it was the $49+$20. After I got checked in the guy at the desk came to me and said he didn’t realize I had a pet and I needed to pay the $20 pet fee. I told him what I had paid and he was confused because their summer rate is $55. He didn’t understand why BF charged us $69. When I talked to a BF customer rep she told me the pet fee was not included and that the $69 is what they have listed as their summer rate. I paid the extra $40 for my pet. I feel someone owes me the $14 difference x’s 2. Someone is being dishonest somewhere. BF told me the guy was lying to me and the guy told me BF was lying to me. I will NEVER use BringFido to book again. I will research on my own and call the hotel directly. He was nice. The room was nice and clean and the bed very comfortable. The pool was great as well. I just did not like being lied to! That is not good business!
