Absolutely horrible

Moldy shower curtain, miserable staff, grape and qtip stuck in the sink so it wouldn’t drain, 2 holes in the bathroom door, rotten wood that was tearing off the bottom of the door, the room stunk, the pool was open but had a film all around it like it hasn’t been cleaned, the water slide does not exist, hot tub and sauna are closed and no longer run. The cleaning staff didn’t sweep our room at all, we had Cheerios on the floor since the day we got there, they were still there when we left.. a sticky brown spot on the floor, hand prints and spots all over the walls. Won’t be back. The only helpful and friendly person there was Heather.
