Small but fun! Good off-leash community!
Bourkevale ParkThis park is a favourite of ours especially in Winter!
NB The length of the park borders a riverbank - use appropriate caution for your Pooches.
Limited parking lot.
Groomed winter trail along river also makes for a great walk, too (I haven’t heard that city polices off-leash users on the river, but use discretion)
Excellent, (leashed) walking through adjacent riverside neighbourhood; follow walking path from park due West about 3 blocks to get to pedestrian bridge that crosses over the river to Assiniboine Park (City’s premier park has extensive trails and paved paths for on-leash use).

Fields for Fido
King's ParkOne central area (a couple acres) is set aside for off-leash romps. The rest of park and trails require leash, but are extensive, with woodlands, gardens, and paved trails, and all are very well maintained. Tons of parking.
Be mindful that there are Plenty of other non-dog users (bikes, casual sports, picnics).
My dog loves swimming in the duck pond - it’s safe, but be adivised, it’s very muddy at the margins, sometimes making for a messy (if amusing) ride home ... bring a towel! ;)

Losta furry friends
Charleswood Dog ParkIt’s 20 acres of awesome! Large open lawn bordered by a 20ft buffer of mature trees. Pretty well maintained by the city.
The term “Mixed use” in site description is somewhat misleading... while there is a school next door and the kids might traverse the field periodically, it’s 99.9% dogs.
Well-used park morning til dusk; friendly pooches & owners; mix of all sizes & ages. NB site fenced on only 3 sides...West side is only treed - if you’re pup is a “runaway” this may not be the park for you.
