Good for what we needed
Grand Canyon Plaza HotelThis hotel wasn’t the most spectacular looking inside or out, but it suited our needs. Gravel areas in the back of the building worked okay for our dogs. The location was perfect if visiting the Grand Canyon - only minutes down the road.
Cool location
Best Western Plus Ruby's InnThis hotel was good for the location and proximity to Bryce Canyon. There weren’t specific dog areas, but plenty of grounds to walk the dogs around. Zero dog friendly restaurants nearby, so we ordered takeout. Rooms were pretty outdated but was okay for just a night.
Dog area and nice room
La Quinta by Wyndham MoabWe loved our stay here. It was very easy to stay with the dogs and a good area to take them outside. We ate dinner at the Blu Pig next door and it was fantastic and super dog friendly. Rooms were nice!
Bad location and gross pet area
Best Western Premier Denver EastThe location of this hotel felt very unsafe. The hotel itself I believe was recently renovated and it seems as if they quickly added new things in each room just to make it seem “new” but didn’t pay attention to the rooms themselves. It felt very much like a cheap motel. The pet area was filled with poop. Breakfast wasn’t terrible.
Beautiful hotel
Best Western Plus Lincoln Inn & SuitesWe had a great stay here! The rooms were very clean and felt more expensive than we paid. No problems with the dogs other than being on the 4th floor so that made it feel a little more hectic than it needed to be.
Fabulous stay!
La Quinta by Wyndham KingmanAbsolutely recommend this hotel to any traveler, dogs or not! The rooms were spotless, beds very clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and outdoor area for the dogs. They are in the process of renovating their breakfast area so we didn’t have breakfast, but was happy to find a Dunkin only 2 minutes down the road. Loved this hotel!!
Bugs and bad breakfast
La Quinta by Wyndham Fresno NorthwestThis room looked promising but you can tell it was not cleaned well as there was still leftover garbage on the floor from previous people. Cockroaches everywhere outside and found one in our room. Toilets didn’t flush properly and the breakfast was stale and very subpar.
The perfect dog friendly spot
The Blu PigThe Blu Pig was the most accommodations restaurant I’ve ever been too! We brought our two dogs to the restaurant and sat outside in their fenced in patio along with other dog owners. The waitstaff brought out a water bowl upon bringing our drinks. The food was also very delicious! As a vegetarian going to a BBQ restaurant, I had many options to choose from - so happy! 10/10 recommend
