Worst experience ever
Hilton Kansas City AirportWhen I arrived, they had no rooms even though I had fully paid for my reservation. They expected that my cat and I would wait for hours while they hoped to maybe figure it out. Also, they are taking zero Covid precautions - no masks, no social distancing, etc. I’ve never been so disappointed in a Hilton property.
