Terrible

This hotel was absolutely horrendous. The room was disgusting with hair everywhere, bathtub covered in mildew, and dirt covering the floor. The fridge did not work and smelled of mold. Upon returning for the night, our key card did not work and we had to be let into our room via manual key. Apparently the woman who let us in left a note for someone to fix it in the morning, but never informed me of this. The next day we walked back down to our room to see two men standing in our room with the door wide open and the door handle off while all of our possessions were in the room. I decided we were no longer staying here so the men left so we could "do what we needed" and they would be back to finish fixing the door. They told us not to lock the door so they could get back in.

As we were packing our stuff, my friend closed the door and we could not get out. This meant the guy had to come let us out of our room and his only response was "well why did you close the door." I went into the office and requested my money back for the night I would not be staying in the hotel and the man at the front desk told me that because it was after 12 PM (it was 12:35PM) that the room was mine and he had no authorization to give me my money back. I wrote down all of my issues with the room and told him I would be contacting them because he said he was not sure when management would be coming back. Later on that day, they re-rented "my" room out an hour after I left and I am assuming they thought I would not find out. I have yet to receive contact from management. This is a disgrace for a hotel and should never be rented.
