Your pups are not safe here

Our bed in our room was infested with bed bugs. My wife had bites and blood marks on her from the bugs. The couple 6 doors down from us said they got bit all night long as well. We took video and pictures of the bed bugs and showed Rebecca who was the manager. She would not admit that the numerous bugs on video and in pictures were bed bugs until the pest exterminator, who came that afternoon confirmed it for her. I spoke with the health department and they said all of the clothes and suitcases needed to be specially dry cleaned. Rebecca refused to let me get them dry cleaned at the dry cleaner of my choice but instead only had one remedy and that was to give her EVERYTHING we had in our possession and she would take them herself to dry clean them and return them in a few days. Being 1200 miles from home this was not an option. This would leave us with no clothes whatsoever except what we would have to buy out of pocket. The owner of the hotel Jacob was also in the email conversations (that never should have been needed) and never offered reasonable assistance. After the e-mail stating that they would not be reasonable or fair they shut down contact. HORRIBLE bed bug infested hotel, HORRIBLE management. Marriott should cut ties with these people as they are a dark stain on what I used to consider a good name.
