Awful!
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus Airport East an IHG HotelThey called & cancelled (oversold) my paid reservation at 11:55pm while I was driving from NC to check in. Rude & not helpful to find another location for us. Last year I stayed there and it was adequate for needs.
