Rude desk clerk, unsafe

If this can be no bones, it would be. After a 6-hour drive arriving near midnight, the desk clerk insisted on a cash pet fee. It didn’t seem right, and we asked why and had already paid for one pet through our reservation. When we questioned him again, he started spouting Expedia owns BringFido and the Middle East owns Expedia. At this point, we no longer felt safe. We asked for our ID and credit card 3x before he finally returned them. It was a horrible experience.
