Dirty Dirty carpet
Bally's Shreveport Casino and HotelWe stayed on floor 6 and it was obvious it was a pet floor as soon as the elevator doors opened. The actual room was nice and spacious but our dog was constantly smelling the floor. It smelled like urine. There were scratches on the door where a small dog must of wanted out. So the carpets could be replaced by vinyl flooring or the carpet needs steamed cleaning! The beds dipped in the middle. The valet was closed. I totally understand everyone being short-handed though. The hotel has so much potential to get better but they need more employees. The receptionist at the front desk was rude when we checked out on Monday morning. She wasn't in the middle of the huge half moon desk. She was all the way at one end and it looked like we bothered her when we had spotted her way over at the end of the desk to check out. Will probably never stay here again. Has a lot of potential but right now....nope.

Hilton Garden Inn Bossier City LAThe bedding is comfortable and the staff is friendly and understanding when asking for more towels or whatever when necessary. Times are rough for everyone right now so they are doing the best they can with a short staff. Housekeeping didn't check all the drawers and someone else's stuff was in the top drawer. Which included someone's underwear wrapped in a rubber band. Yuck! Also Housekeeping needs to vacuum using attachments for underneath the areas where you can see crumbs and debis. Kind of petty things but it matters to me.

Fantastic room!
Homewood Suites by Hilton Shreveport / Bossier City LAHad everything and more than we needed for our weekend stay. Loved being on the first floor for our dogs sake. Thank you Hilton team.
