Hotel was dirty and getting rundown

We have stayed at this Country Inn and Suites before and it was a great place to bring our dog and kids. But, this time it was different. The pool and workout room were closed. The room was dirty and we couldn't get sheets for the pullout bed for my son to sleep on. We will never stay here again.
