Clean room, happy doggie

We were put in an accessible room close to the elevator. Room was really clean, bed was super comfy! The accessible room seemed larger than a regular room and there were 2 chairs and ottomans, plus a small table with chairs, a fridge, and microwave. The toiletries were in locked refillable bottles (all Dove brand items), which I thought was great and so much better for the environment. I also liked that they had liquid hand wash and body lotion next to the bathroom sink. My only complaint about the hotel is none of the doors leading to the lobby were locked after a certain time; you didn't need a key to access the hotel, so that seemed like a safety issue.

Clean rooms, cool location!

Our room was clean and decorated very hip/modern. I didn't like the parking situation. You had to park in a pay garage across the street and then carry all of your stuff over to the hotel. There wasn't much grass for our dog to potty, and the sidewalks were quite busy. Unfortunately, there were some homeless/transients hanging out near the hotel. It would be nice if they created some kind of AstroTurf doggie area on the roof (fenced in of course) to safely take the dogs to potty.

The hotel is right next door to the new comedy club, which was super convenient for us. A lot of pubs and bars within walking distance for many food & drink options. The front desk staff wore plain street clothes (which really bothered me even though I know it's not a big deal). One girl was wearing a bright pink sweatsuit - just seemed unprofessional. The girl working the front desk when we arrived was on a personal cell phone call, we had to wait until she was done with her call to check in. Just overall unprofessional. There was a tiny fridge in the room to help keep our dogs food cold.

Would recommend!

Very clean hotel (room and public areas), nice staff, felt safe walking our dogs around the hotel, nice big sink and kitchen area with full size fridge. Only complaint is breakfast options were not good (food is bland). But a few nearby restaurants.
