Absolutely horrible customer service

We had trouble making it on time for our reservation, and when I walked in to talk to the front desk about it she was sitting in her chair crossed legs in pajama pants and texting the entire time she was talking to me. Literally the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had with anyone.
