Not so great

We were very happy to find a hotel that took big dogs. Our room had a small single serve coffee pot. The first two pods I tried ripped the pads and coffee came spilling out. The creamer and sugars were old in the plastic wrapped packages. The only place to get a decent cup of coffee was the office. The pillows were small and hard as a rock. Plus I woke up very congested like a cat had stayed in our room. The soap was the real mystery. They are circular pumice stones; they would not lather or even wash your hands, much less be any good in the shower. Front desk was very friendly as was the cleaning lady but we had a communication problem with the front desk when we tried, separately, to speak to her about the soap. She didn’t understand and just kept asking if we needed more.
