Small but modern and well-kept

At half an acre this is only about 5-6 times the size of a typical urban housing lot, but it's enough space for our fairly unathletic clumber spaniel to run long-enough distances chasing her beloved handballs and tennis balls. There were two great dogs when we were there (midday Friday), the dog drinking fountain worked (but not the human one), and there were shady areas and places to sit. There is a small astroturf area, but most of it is find gravel/dirt.
