Go to motel 6 or super 8
Seabird LodgePlace felt a lot like a motel 6 or super 8 for a much higher price. We found lots of hairs on the bathroom floors and tub, which made us question the cleanliness of the whole room, especially during this pandemic. Great views and location relative to walking paths and dog parks. No freezer in the mini fridge.

Awesome locale, spacious room
Gold Beach InnLots of beach and grass for dogs to play on. Room was spacious, clean, plenty of room to sleep and to play with toys.

Spacious and clean
Best Western Plus Big AmericaBathroom was huge, living space had 1 king bed and living room area around it so the dogs had some room to play. Amenities were all there, very easy to be home away from home here. Sadly there aren't any EV chargers at the hotel, so we always had to drive a couple miles to a shopping center to charge up.

Nice room, overpriced hotel
The Meritage Resort and SpaRoom was spacious; no dog welcome items offered so good thing we brought our own dog beds. Room was pretty well insulated and we got one with a balcony that opened directly into a grass and mulch area which was nice for letting doggies out. The walking trail behind the hotel is short but pleasant. The place felt crowded, breakfast is not included, and the pools are small and crowded. Lots of drunk people from wedding receptions and Napa tours end up here so be careful.
